Delete your account & data

You can delete your Wren account — and the personal data associated with it — at any time. Here’s how.

In the app (fastest)

If you still have Wren installed:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Go to Tend the edges.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

This removes your account and its associated content from our systems.

If you’ve uninstalled the app

Email us at hello@askwren.app from the email address on your account, with the subject “Account deletion request.” We’ll verify the request and delete your account and associated content.

What gets deleted

Deletion removes your account and the personal data tied to it — your profile and identity details, your messages and tarot reading sessions, written reflections and journal entries, moon-ritual intentions, and the “life memories” Wren derived from your sessions.

A couple of exceptions. Diagnostic and error data (which never includes the content of your readings or conversations) is held for up to 90 days before it ages out. And we may keep limited records longer where the law requires it.
